This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create assignments that embody genuine investment banking workflows, encompassing pitch preparation, sector coverage, deal execution, and client updates.

• Develop and evaluate deliverables ranging from associate to VP level, including pitchbooks, CIMs, deal memos, and market analyses.

• Assess model-generated outputs for numerical precision, structural soundness, and compliance with banking communication standards.

• Formulate comprehensive rubrics that differentiate between pitch-ready materials and initial drafts, emphasizing content quality and narrative refinement.

• Recognize and annotate typical failure points in banking deliverables, such as inaccurate valuation multiples, ambiguous language, or inadequate transaction justifications.

• Offer insights on best practices for presenting financial modeling results in persuasive documents for clients.

• Leverage investment banking knowledge to assist in training next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a leading bulge-bracket or elite boutique investment banking firm.

• Demonstrated success in creating high-quality pitchbooks, CIMs, deal memos, or similar materials for clients and senior stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling.

• Capability to convert quantitative analysis into clear and engaging narratives.

• Exceptional proficiency in written English.

• Mastery of professional banking language and terminology.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to numerical accuracy.

• Familiarity with contemporary market practices and persuasive communication strategies within investment banking contexts.

• A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance) is preferred.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.
