This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the rollout, deployment, and stabilization of new technological features, enhancements, and initiatives throughout the HMS technology stack.

• Track the progress of automation, reporting, and analytics projects, ensuring they align with business goals.

• Create and present regular updates on the effects of technology initiatives, including their impact, ROI measurement, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

• Facilitate feedback, training, and communication to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions.

• Manage and maintain documentation, playbooks, and guides to support consistent tool deployment and adoption, as well as ongoing optimization of technology solutions.

• Identify opportunities for improving technology-enabled processes and propose enhancements that align with operational objectives.

• Stay informed about ongoing initiatives, roadmap decisions, and platform changes to proactively manage risks and concerns.

• Promote effective adoption and sustained use of technology tools across various teams.

• Prioritize initiatives, address issues, and assist with change management efforts.

• Convert broad business needs into detailed technical roadmaps for solution development.

• Design and implement innovative technologies and cutting-edge solutions that advance the analytics and AI roadmap for Huron Managed Services.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to create scalable solutions that align with contemporary architectural standards.

• Optimize the utilization of the existing technology stack within HMS.


⛳️ Requirements

• Current permanent authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Limited travel may be necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• 5-7 years of advancing leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare revenue cycle IT, or consulting.

• Strong operational comprehension of revenue cycle processes is essential.

• Experience in managing both onshore and offshore teams is preferred.

• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and trends to implement recommendations that result in measurable performance improvements and successful organizational changes.

• Effective organization and planning skills with a proven track record of managing complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly set direction, develop key deliverables, escalate risks, and influence various stakeholders, including leaders within HMS, product teams, and internal senior leadership.

• Ability to collaborate with team members to understand business challenges and adapt implementation methodologies and approaches to ensure results align with HMS' business objectives.

• Proven organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage complex multi-workstream projects in a matrixed environment.

• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with quick turnaround times.

• Proficiency in using SQL and Python to conduct data analyses across complex data sources.

• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS Quick).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) for data and analytics delivery.

• Ability to guide technical teams (data engineering, data scientists) in the development of models.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-wide change management and performance transformation initiatives.
