Managed Services Engineer – UiPath

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely follow-up and action on L2 issues, actively working towards resolution while tracking time and promptly responding to halt the clock when client input or action is required; make sure all tickets contain clear information and update the knowledge base after ticket closure.

• Utilize your data analytics expertise to examine the automated business processes of our clients, identifying and addressing potential "troublemakers" before they escalate into issues.

• Technically enhance, improve, and customize automation solutions while maintaining regular and close communication with our clients.

• Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on existing automations to ensure they operate at optimal performance.

• Oversee operations and maintenance activities for large client accounts.

• Test and refine the software design, code, and reusability of our automation artifacts.

• Apply and further develop best practices for creating automation solutions.

• Communicate clearly and concisely with end-users and stakeholders regarding issue resolutions and maintenance schedules.

• Provide consultation, expertise, guidance, and active participation during the Onboarding and Service Transition of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of automation experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for critical and creative thinking.

• Proficiency in programming IT solutions, ideally with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, Powershell, or Python.

• Familiarity with UIPath and RPA; additional knowledge in OCR/IDP is a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and social competence to foster strong customer relationships, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A passion for emerging automation and digitization topics, including AI and IDP.

• Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
