Managed Services Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and enhance sophisticated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to fulfill both internal and client needs.

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, aiding in strategic decision-making.

• Oversee and implement data projects, ensuring data outputs are accurate, reliable, and transparent.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and client teams to comprehend their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Conduct data audits, validation, and quality control measures to guarantee accuracy and consistency in reporting.

• Offer constructive feedback on tools and suggest enhancements to improve usability and user experience.

• Clearly and professionally communicate insights, project updates, and recommendations to international clients and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related fields.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and GraphQL; experience in data querying, manipulation, and database management.

• Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).

• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and data accuracy.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), capable of conveying complex findings clearly and thoughtfully to diverse audiences.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for intricate data analysis and manipulation.
