This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver fuel inventory management and accounting services for clients
• Oversee the tank readings of assigned customers
• Organize deliveries based on current fuel levels and daily consumption
• Track market trends and modify delivery schedules as needed
• Arrange and oversee fuel deliveries to client locations
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and carriers
• Engage in an on-call rotation that requires weekend and overnight availability
• Examine customer bulk fuel vendor invoice discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and related files for payment
• Manage the statement process to guarantee prompt vendor payments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or fuel accounting is required
• Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be capable of multi-tasking and making financially impactful decisions in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and swiftly transition between activities that demand immediate attention
• Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to support on-call duties
