Managed Service Contract Executive, Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of supplier sub-contracts and customer supply chain requirements.

• Enhance customer agreements and profitability by driving value and savings from Abbott’s third-party supply chain.

• Monitor supplier performance in relation to contracts, focusing on both financial and operational metrics.

• Revise supplier and customer contracts to ensure they align with current practices.

• Work in partnership with internal teams (Sales, Tenders, Implementation, Service Managers) to ensure seamless solution delivery.

• Execute mini tenders for contracted customers and supervise the supplier components of tenders, extensions, and renewals.

• Participate in regular contract reviews with customers and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A qualification in Biomedical Science is desirable;

• Preference for candidates with a CIPS diploma or equivalent procurement experience.

• Experience in high-value negotiations.

• Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Skilled in managing intricate contracts.

• Awareness of procurement and contract management is required.

• Knowledge of the IVD market and diagnostic pathology is advantageous.
