Managed PKI Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete service management for Agilent’s Managed PKI services, which includes certificate enrollment, lifecycle management, cloud HSM administration, and the procurement and provisioning of certificates.

• Manage relationships with MPKI providers and ensure suppliers meet SLAs, security standards, and compliance obligations.

• Supervise outsourced MPKI support and operational activities.

• Ensure compliant processes for certificate provisioning and deprovisioning are maintained.

• Administer both automated and exception-based solutions for certificate enrollment.

• Propel automation and continuous enhancement throughout the certificate lifecycle.

• Act as the service owner and administrator for Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Browser.

• Design, configure, and maintain policies related to browser access, data control, DLP, threat protection, and generative-AI guardrails.

• Enforce sign-in and access policies based on real-time device posture, integrating Microsoft Entra ID and Prisma SASE/Zero Trust.

• Manage the relationship with Palo Alto Networks and coordinate with Security, End-User Computing, and IT stakeholders.

• Monitor adoption rates, troubleshoot user issues, and enhance policy coverage and user experience.

• Contribute to operations, projects, and engineering related to Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.

• Collaborate with application developers, operations engineers, and architects to translate complex requirements into automated solutions.

• Support and enhance architecture, systems, processes, standards, and tools.

• Engage in IAM strategy development, execution, and operational activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience with Managed Public Key Infrastructure.

• Preferred experience with the DigiCert platform.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for delivering certificates to users and devices.

• Demonstrated experience managing outsourced suppliers in accordance with SLAs and compliance standards.

• Knowledge of testing and development methodologies and processes.

• Understanding of global information technology infrastructure environments.

• Experience in implementing and applying security best practices.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
