📋 Description

• Ensure optimal performance of our customers’ EHS solutions.

• Work directly with clients to deliver customized solutions that align with their specific needs.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Customer Development Managers to verify that commitments are met.

• Clearly convey technical concepts to clients, ensuring their comprehension and satisfaction.

• Enhance customer success by optimizing existing solutions.

• Configure and personalize analytical reports to fulfill customer specifications.

• Balance independent tasks with teamwork to achieve outstanding results.

• Address and prioritize customer issues, escalating them when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

• Proficiency in SQL and Java.
