
Major Account Manager – Enterprise Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and drive direct sales efforts into Major Enterprise Accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services.
• Cultivate executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in Major Enterprise Accounts and leverage these connections throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to create and present winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiate business terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes that establish a foundation for strong, ongoing relationships.
• Identify business opportunities within Major Enterprise Accounts and manage the sales process through to deal closure.
• Meet and exceed established quarterly sales targets.
• Build a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts of pipeline status.
• Demonstrated ability to sell solutions to Major Enterprise customers.
• A solid track record of meeting quotas and showcasing career stability.
• Experience in successfully closing large Enterprise deals.
• Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with executives and individual contributors alike.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• A self-driven, independent thinker who can effectively navigate deals through the sales cycle.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience selling to Major Enterprise Accounts.
• At least 2 years of experience in selling enterprise network security products and services.
• Results-oriented with a self-starter, hunter mentality.
• Required to regularly work outside of their office or home office in a selling capacity, which includes necessary travel to secure sales.
