This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and acquire new mid-market business accounts by leveraging prospecting, cold calling, and networking to broaden the customer base.
• Create and execute market strategies to penetrate new areas and enhance existing customer relationships using sales tools and effective funnel management.
• Improve sales capabilities and product expertise through ongoing education, participation in training, and staying updated on industry developments.
• Assess outcomes and share progress and insights with leadership.
• Additionally responsible for other duties or projects as assigned by business management as necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 4-7 years of experience in outside sales with a proven record of sales achievements in a commissioned setting.
• Previous experience in SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise sales (Preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in solutions/applications selling (Preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales (Preferred).
• Strong task management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires extensive multitasking (Required).
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail (Required).
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).
• Strong negotiation abilities and closing skills, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving (Required).
• Experience interacting with C-Suite executives and leading sales presentations (Required).
• Sales experience related to prospecting greenfield accounts, forecasting, and travel (Required).
• Proficient in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Required).
