This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and related systems.
• Repair fire systems, tube systems, equipment, nurse call systems, infant abduction systems, life safety components, paging systems, Med Gas systems, locks, and doors.
• Execute repairs based on work orders or verbal instructions and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Identify and requisition necessary parts and components for tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives on equipment repair and replacement efforts.
• Assist contractors and staff with connections and shut-offs for water and fire systems.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Undertake carpentry and minor construction tasks, including drywall installation, wall construction, flooring, ceramic tiling, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and painting.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, lifting or moving heavy items, sweeping floors, and organizing materials.
• Maintain a state of constant alertness and adhere to safety protocols.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Capability to perform basic plumbing, electrical tasks, appliance repair, carpentry, and minor construction work.
• Proficiency in identifying and requisitioning required parts and components.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Frequent standing and walking required.
• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing between 25–50 lbs.
• Capability to perform occasional bending, stooping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, sitting, squatting, twisting, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery.
• No professional license or certifications are required.
