This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.
• Propel revenue enhancement by boosting subscription sales and renewing maintenance agreements.
• Oversee the contract renewal process, which includes preparing renewal quotes.
• Interact with customers to resolve queries and address any objections.
• Ensure timely renewals are secured.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a subscription-based or SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Teams or Asana.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-driven sales tools for insights and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
