This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel revenue growth, enhance subscription sales, and elevate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while improving customer retention.
• Oversee the renewal process from initial prospecting to closure, ensuring effective utilization of CRM tools.
• Work closely with internal teams to synchronize local initiatives with overarching business strategies.
• Foster ARR growth by amplifying subscription sales and renewing maintenance agreements.
• Perform regular phone outreach to cultivate strong relationships, exceed renewal targets, and achieve high retention rates.
• Monitor and report on critical sales metrics, including revenue growth, retention rates, and pipeline health.
• Remain updated on market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 – 5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a subscription-based or SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for effective communication and reporting.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Teams or Asana.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-assisted sales tools for insights and decision-making.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
