This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Collaborates with the Technical Delivery Manager to identify and document operational risks, insights, and enhancements for MF.
β’ Aids in the creation and implementation of improvement strategies.
β’ Works alongside Solution Architects to assess and confirm the feasibility of solutions; also offers solution suggestions.
β’ Improve Change Order Execution for Optimize and Run teams.
β’ Manage and communicate software and hardware technology roadmaps to client stakeholders.
β’ Coordinate and communicate root cause analysis (RCA) to client stakeholders.
β’ Act as an interface between Ensono teams and client stakeholders to identify and deliver efficiencies, thought leadership, and process enhancements to the client environment.
β’ Travel may be required based on client and Ensono needs.
β’ Will participate in Knowledge Transfer activities for onboarding new clients to transition support to BAU MF teams.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in a zOS environment.
β’ Technical expertise across various Mainframe teams.
β’ Familiarity with disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution.
β’ Proficient in client-facing roles and possesses strong service delivery communication skills.
β’ Experience in onboarding new clients within a managed service context.
β’ Previous experience in a managed services environment is a plus.
β’ A college degree is preferred.
