This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and create software, along with modification enhancements, throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.
• Assist clients in achieving improved health and human services outcomes.
• Conceive, develop, and sustain complex business programming applications.
• Analyze, design, and verify system requirements for both new and existing applications.
• Collaborate effectively with relevant team members.
• Formulate project schedules and plans while providing input on resource allocation.
• Identify alternatives in system design and implement suitable technical designs.
• Review program code and test results to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Conduct complex development, maintenance, and modifications.
• Develop test plans and carry out testing and debugging procedures.
• Keep abreast of current technologies that enhance and support systems.
• Facilitate the integration, customization, and upkeep of vendor applications.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.
• Engage in code reviews and perform unit testing.
• Execute unit design and configure end-user or enterprise systems.
• Implement company and third-party technologies in software solutions.
• Complete necessary project documentation, approvals, and transmitted references.
• 6+ years of experience with mainframe systems.
• Practical experience with CICS in creating MAPS.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, ICEMAN, IDCAMS, EZTrieve, and Expeditor.
• Experience with DB2.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle is preferred.
• Understanding of mainframe integration with contemporary technology.
• Adaptability to changing requirements.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must adhere to an Eastern Time Zone schedule.
• Availability to work on an “on call” basis during non-working hours.
• Video cameras are required during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
• Must have the ability to work from anywhere within the United States.
