This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +3 more states.
• Oversee and sustain eCommerce websites built on Magento/Shopify platforms.
• Update and manage product catalogs, which include:
• - Product listings
• - Product descriptions
• - Pricing
• - Images
• - Categories
• - Product attributes and specifications
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and customer-friendliness of product information.
• Monitor stock visibility and the presentation of merchandise.
• Organize new product listings, including requests for images, texts, translations, and other materials.
• Oversee and manage the shopping cart and checkout process on the website.
• Ensure customers can make purchases without any issues.
• Identify and escalate any problems related to checkout, payment, or the shopping cart.
• Collaborate with developers and relevant teams to efficiently resolve issues.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on the website in accordance with established company protocols and procedures.
• Test website functionality from the customer’s perspective to guarantee a smooth shopping experience.
• Monitor:
• - Product pages
• - Navigation
• - Search functionality
• - Checkout flow
• - Promotions and discounts
• - Mobile responsiveness
• - Website usability
• Manage bugs by reporting issues and errors in the Magento/Shopify catalog or checkout process to developers, ensuring follow-ups until resolved.
• Coordinate website updates and operational tasks.
• Keep track of outstanding issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to implement modifications and enhancements.
• Maintain organized reporting and task tracking.
• Ensure all activities align with company SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
• Experience with Shopify / Magento / Adobe Commerce (Magento 2 preferred).
• Proven experience managing eCommerce product catalogs.
• Strong grasp of the customer shopping experience and online store operations.
• Background in website QA and testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to structured procedures.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with multi-store or international eCommerce websites (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, merchandising, and conversion optimization (preferred).
• Experience in coordinating with developers and managing website-related projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and task management systems (preferred).
