Machine Learning Engineer, Ssr

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions based on LLMs (GPT, Claude, or others).

• Build agents and conversational flows while managing context, prompts, and memory.

• Integrate AI services through APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI).

• Work with both structured and unstructured data to enhance system capabilities.

• Iterate on models and prompts based on user feedback and metrics.

• Optimize performance, response quality, and inference costs.

• Ensure best practices for security, privacy, and responsible AI usage.

• Collaborate with product and business teams to define use cases and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience developing applications based on generative models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or others, bringing them to production environments.

• Experience integrating artificial intelligence services via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, or others).

• Experience in building agents or conversational flows, including managing prompts, context, and memory.

• Knowledge of embeddings and/or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Experience utilizing Azure cloud services for deploying and operating solutions.

• Experience iterating on models based on metrics and user feedback, optimizing quality and costs.
