Machine Learning Engineer – Semi-Senior / Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Python skills with a focus on data processing.

• Solid experience in ETL/pipelines (Airflow is a plus).

• Advanced SQL (Oracle experience is valued but not mandatory).

• Experience in data quality: normalization, deduplication, and matching.

• Classic ML: scikit-learn, model evaluation, and feature engineering.

• Ability to explain technical decisions (when to use rules vs ML).

• Analytical and methodical thinking.

• Comfortable working with "dirty" real-world data.

• Ability to communicate with business and understand requirements.

• Pragmatic: not overly attached to using ML just because it’s trendy.

• Audit-minded with a focus on traceability.
