This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD degree in engineering or computer science, focusing on Machine Learning (and NLP), or an equivalent qualification/experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.

• Proficient in advanced Python programming.

• Experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, including the development and deployment of NLP systems.

• Theoretical and practical expertise in probability, statistical NLP algorithms, and modern ML technologies such as transformers, graphical models, information retrieval techniques, LLMs, time series models, and Reinforcement Learning.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• A flexible approach to work assignments and a willingness to learn new concepts.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks enthusiastically and prioritize workload with meticulous attention to detail.

• A team-oriented mindset, valuing collaboration and teamwork.

• Openness to working in a matrix environment with diverse non-technical stakeholders and technical collaborators.

• Experience as an intermediate-level NLP Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer in a commercial setting is crucial.

• Advanced proficiency with tools such as Git, Github, scientific computing libraries (Pytorch, Numpy, Tensorflow), AWS or Azure cloud services, JIRA, Confluence, and Docker.

• High-level expertise in the Python programming language is essential.

• Experience in producing high-quality code within a collaborative context.

• Up to date with cutting-edge Machine Learning and NLP techniques/models.

• Experience in conducting and publishing research in Machine Learning/AI (NLP) is preferred.

• Solid experience in developing small to medium ML projects.
