Machine Learning Engineer – AWS, Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, program, and test machine learning systems.

• Design architectures for reproducible, scalable, and monitored Machine Learning solutions.

• Collaborate with the data science team to create and establish model deployment pipelines.

• Construct data engineering processes and pipelines within the data environment.

• Establish architecture standards, procedures, and tooling.

• Specify data layers and their intended applications.

• Implement, fine-tune, and monitor LLM models (e.g., Bedrock, OpenSearch, HuggingFace).

• Create inference pipelines for RAG-based responses (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Ensure proper versioning and reuse of trained models and embeddings.

• Focus on the continuous enhancement of response relevance and source ranking.

• Work on minimizing token costs through optimization techniques.

• Support integrations with AI APIs, vector stores, and document repositories.

• Clearly communicate information with both technical and business team members.

• Assist in identifying potential errors and reporting inconsistencies.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS).

• Knowledge in development and deployment pipelines for Generative AI applications.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Skills in API development.

• Understanding of CI/CD processes.

• Experience deploying models to production environments.

• Proficiency with Terraform.

• Experience in agent monitoring.

• Knowledge of vector stores.

• Familiarity with LLMs.
