Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and reliable ETL pipelines

• Creating and enhancing ranking models, building recommendation systems, and addressing other ML/DS challenges

• Deploying models, writing production code, supporting microservices, and monitoring their performance

• Collaborating closely with the DevOps team to integrate MLOps CI/CD into the product

• Designing and conducting A/B tests to validate hypotheses, analyzing results, and uncovering insights from data

• Proactively identifying growth opportunities for the product in collaboration with business stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience in the role of ML Engineer/Data Scientist

• Proficient in Python with in-depth knowledge of the ML stack (sklearn, numpy, pandas, xgboost, tensorflow, etc.)

• Understanding of OOP principles and design patterns

• Familiarity with classical ML algorithms, statistics, and probability theory

• Experience with data stores such as Elasticsearch, Redis, MSSQL

• Knowledge of CI/CD principles, dagster, or other orchestrators

• Experience with Linux operating systems and familiarity with Bash

• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies in the fields of Information Retrieval, Big Data, and Machine Learning
