M&A Specialist, AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs related to M&A topics, encompassing deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management.

• Analyze AI responses for realism in deals, logical reasoning, and relevance to M&A situations.

• Develop authentic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios based on your firsthand deal experience.

• Construct alternative scenarios from viewpoints such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member.

• Detect logical inconsistencies, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker, corporate development leader, or a comparable position.

• Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.

• Several years of practical M&A experience, including deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration.

• Skilled at identifying logical gaps, erroneous assumptions, or unrealistic strategies in M&A scenarios.

• Comfortable working independently and offering clear, actionable feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability.
