This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, research, and prioritize independent dermatology practices that fit the company's acquisition strategy.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of potential acquisition targets.
• Carry out outbound outreach via phone calls, email campaigns, referrals, social networking, conferences, and industry events.
• Establish trusted relationships with physician owners, practice administrators, consultants, attorneys, and other referral sources.
• Engage in introductory discussions with physician owners about potential partnership or acquisition prospects.
• Present qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for further assessment.
• Keep accurate records of all prospect interactions and sourcing activities.
• Track dermatology industry trends and competitive movements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, recruiting, physician relations, M&A sourcing, or similar areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
