M365 Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance solutions within Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

• Assist in application development utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and other related Power Platform components.

• Create and uphold .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to facilitate M365 administration, OneDrive functionalities, SharePoint operations, automation, and other operational requirements.

• Tailor SharePoint lists and integrate various systems using Power Apps and associated tools.

• Support the configuration and upkeep of Power Platform environments, pipelines, and tenant-level settings.

• Resolve user issues pertaining to Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and similar services.

• Aid in monitoring Dataverse environments, optimizing data models, tracking resource usage, and addressing performance challenges.

• Assist with developing Proofs of Concept, conducting pilot tests, creating reference materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training resources.

• Participate in bi-weekly and monthly status reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft 365 cloud-based services within a large corporate or government setting.

• Strong skills in .NET development, including proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with SharePoint Online development and administration.

• Experience in developing Power Apps models and customizing SharePoint lists.

• Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts.

• Knowledgeable in Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across the M365 platform and AvePoint Online Services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of completing IRS MBI/security onboarding and the necessary IRS security training.
