M365 Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 solutions (Commercial & GCC High).

• Oversee migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, tenant-to-tenant).

• Create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues during project delivery.

• Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to access restrictions for Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base environments.

• Previous consulting experience in delivering Microsoft solutions from design to implementation is highly preferred.

• Familiarity and experience with core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High to support regulated environments, particularly in the Defense Industrial Base.

• Understanding and experience with Microsoft Purview and the Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Identity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for Mobile and Windows Autopilot, app deployment, device lifecycle, and configuration profiles.

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Endpoint management.

• Familiarity with Quest On Demand Migration tools and/or third-party migration solutions.

• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with evolving Microsoft and IT technologies.

• Ability to work independently and/or in a leadership role as necessary, while consistently providing an excellent customer experience.

• Proven track record of managing client engagements from start to finish, including solution design, scoping, licensing, implementation, project management, communication, and documentation.

• Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to constructively challenge ideas, practice active listening, and assume positive intent.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of remaining clear, calm, and professional in all interactions.
