M365 Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

• Possess understanding and support of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), encompassing single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, app registration, and conditional access policies.

• Have knowledge of Microsoft Purview and collaborate with the security and compliance team to enhance security posture.

• Conduct regular health assessments of the Microsoft 365 environment and execute remediation plans.

• Lead the configuration and management of Microsoft Teams across the organization.

• Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot agents within Microsoft Teams and Copilot studio.

• Troubleshoot Teams-related issues, including connectivity challenges, audio-visual quality concerns, and integration difficulties.

• Analyze Teams usage logs and call quality data to pinpoint and address performance issues.

• Manage and deploy Teams applications, bots, and connectors from the Teams app store as well as custom solutions.

• Understand third-party technologies associated with Teams, such as ECD and QoS.

• Develop and sustain PowerShell scripts for automating management tasks related to Microsoft 365 and Teams.

• Work with Microsoft Graph API to create tailored integrations and solutions.

• Provide third-level support for intricate Microsoft 365 and Teams issues.

• Create training materials and conduct sessions for end-users on Teams features and best practices.

• Collaborate with service desk teams to establish effective troubleshooting procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in administering Microsoft 365 services.

• Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Teams.

• Strong comprehension of Microsoft 365 identity management utilizing Azure Active Directory.

• Experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and assessing the quality of Teams audio/video.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for Teams customization and integration.

• Proficient PowerShell scripting skills for managing Microsoft 365 and Teams.

• Experience with Power Automate to create workflow automations within Teams.

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
