M365 Ambassador, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage new cases and follow up on all ongoing cases.

• Record details of each case.

• Ensure that escalated cases are receiving appropriate attention.

• Monitor the mailbox for reopened cases, community updates, process updates, and emails related to active cases.

• Participate in weekly meetings with a Team Lead.

• Attend workshops and Q&A sessions as necessary.

• Engage in pilot programs.

• Update trackers as requested by Team Leads.

• Address M365 support tickets received via phone, email, and chat.

• Respond to inquiries about M365 web applications, domain registration and purchasing, Office downloads and installation, as well as M365 features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or full professional fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

• High proficiency in English and a professional demeanor.

• Must be innovative, solution-focused, and able to assist customers until their issues are resolved.

• Experience with Exchange Online.

• Familiarity with SharePoint Online.

• Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting Skype for Business Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Knowledge of DirectSync (AD Connect) setup and configuration.

• Experience with DNS and DNS configuration.

• Understanding of ADFS.

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell commands and scripting.

• Capability to deploy applications in a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Ability to enhance team competency to meet customer needs.

• Freelancer must supply necessary tools and equipment.

• A Windows 11 Pro compatible laptop/PC with the latest updates activated using a legitimate product key is required.

• A dual-boot laptop/PC with personal/work partitions and a project-specific environment is necessary.

• Minimum of 16GB RAM.

• An Intel 8th generation or newer processor, or comparable AMD processor is required.

• TPM 2.0 is mandatory.

• At least 160GB SSD with 64GB of free partition space is required.

• A LAN connection is required; WiFi cannot be used to connect to the provided systems.

• A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps for both upload and download is necessary.

• No third-party antivirus software; only Microsoft Defender with the latest updates is allowed.

• A Microsoft Teams-compatible webcam with a minimum resolution of 720p is required.

• A USB 3.0 Microsoft Teams-compliant microphone and headset with background noise cancellation must be provided.

• At least one monitor with a resolution of 1368x720 or higher is required; dual monitors are highly recommended.
