Luxury Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to gain insights into their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.

• Develop and craft personalized, luxurious travel itineraries, encompassing flights, accommodations, exclusive tours, and distinctive experiences.

• Organize and oversee all travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely reservations.

• Deliver outstanding, white-glove service before, during, and after travel to guarantee a seamless and unforgettable experience.

• Provide expert recommendations on luxury destinations, accommodations, travel regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

• Market and sell luxury travel packages and services to achieve sales objectives.

• Resolve any issues or emergencies that may occur during travel.

• Keep precise records of client bookings, payments, and travel documentation.

• Foster and maintain relationships with high-end travel suppliers, including luxury hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

• Demonstrated experience as a luxury travel consultant or in a related role within the travel sector.

• In-depth knowledge of luxury travel destinations, upscale accommodations, and exclusive experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
