Luxury Client Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

• Act as an advocate for clients during their journey with the sales team.

• Anticipate client requirements, coordinate subsequent actions, and ensure smooth communication without directly managing sales.

• Oversee client interactions and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot and Podium.

• Execute timely and considerate follow-ups while keeping comprehensive client histories.

• Represent the cohesive assistant identity “Quinn” in all client communications.

• Collaborate internally using Slack and G Suite.

• Assist in onboarding and operational workflows through Zendesk.

• Proactively address client inquiries and concerns with resourcefulness and discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, including customer support, client relations, or client advocacy.

• Direct experience in luxury retail or a luxury service sector is highly advantageous.

• Comfortable and confident in engaging with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

• Familiarity with CRM and client management tools such as HubSpot, Podium, or Zendesk.

• Openness to learning new systems is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented approach.

• Capability to manage high-priority relationships and tasks with accuracy.

• Resourceful and intuitive in identifying and resolving issues.

• Previous experience in luxury jewelry or another high-end consumer sector is a plus.

• Must be currently residing in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
