LPN Bilingual Inbound Care Coordinator I, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Management of inbound calls and engagement with patients

• Promptly addressing all incoming patient inquiries through phone, email, or live chat

• Making outbound calls to patients as required

• Assisting in the triage of patient clinical issues and connecting them with a member of the Triage Nurse team without delay

• Reviewing and managing additional patient-focused tasks such as transcribing medical records, sourcing extra patient resources, and resolving urgent account issues

• Providing support to the Provider Relations Specialists team as necessary in communication with patients and providers

• Aiding the Triage Nurse team and Pharmacy Technicians in acquiring essential information for triage support and medication refills

• Sending and obtaining record requests via fax with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Ensuring timely responses to incoming calls and additional patient inquiries through email or live chat

⛳️ Requirements

• A current and active compact LPN/LVN license

• Bilingual proficiency, fluent in Spanish

• Strong adherence to established clinical protocols and procedures

• Ability to adapt and switch tasks effectively

• Willingness to support coworkers and contribute to team success
