This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Perform onsite visits to conduct risk assessments and provide service to prospective, new, and existing accounts.
• Risk assessments encompass physical inspections, evaluating risk exposures and accidents, analyzing risk history, crafting service plans, and offering recommendations.
• Collaborate with underwriters to establish account and risk acceptability.
• Deliver both verbal and written communications to underwriting.
• Partner with agents to cultivate relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Efficiently manage a service territory, assisting clients in implementing safety plans and conducting training sessions for business clients, large groups, or associations.
• Training sessions may be held in person and occasionally on weekends.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, loss control, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently service large and complex accounts across various business classes with minimal supervision, successfully addressing and mitigating loss drivers.
• Willingness to coach and mentor colleagues, engage in advanced projects, collaborate with internal and external peers to resolve issues, attend professional development conferences, and participate in professional associations to broaden their network.
• Prior experience working for or with a multi-line insurance carrier.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, marketing, oral, and written communication skills.
• Skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, active listening, negotiation, and decision-making.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
