This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify the underlying causes of all preventable losses and examine various types of data.
• Create a Loss Analysis Report that details both avoidable and unavoidable losses, including the reasons for all preventable losses and client bill backs.
• Evaluate information to recognize and depict potential trends, service level vulnerabilities, and regulatory concerns.
• Conduct a review of claim files to assess opportunities for supplemental claims.
• Stay informed about all client-specific service requirements and updates.
• At least three years of practical experience with FHA claim types, including Part B-E, PFS, CWCOT, SFLS, and Supplementals.
• Familiarity with the title process and resolution, payments from HUD, interest calculations, and allowable items for claims.
• Proficiency in accessing and navigating HUD clips, p260, and image systems like Docuware and Lock Path is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with investors, insurers, attorneys, banks, and servicers is preferred.
• Background in default services, particularly in areas such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, escrow, default cash, and cashier MSP is also preferred.
