Logistics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze incoming task order solicitations to ensure they align with our capabilities and strategic goals.

• Perform opportunity validation, assessing scope, feasibility, and vendor compatibility.

• Identify, source, and engage with vendors to gather quotes and information about their capabilities.

• Coordinate vendor responses and align their solutions to fulfill task order requirements.

• Assist in pricing and proposal development efforts.

• Craft clear, compelling, and compliant responses to task order specifications.

• Aid in the establishment and maintenance of a vendor network across logistics and service sectors.

• Monitor and manage proposal inputs and timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, business analysis, or federal contracting support.

• Experience in supporting proposal development, vendor sourcing, or operational planning.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
