This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Monitor and trace international shipments while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
β’ Collaborate with freight forwarders to maintain adherence to Ingredion's protocols.
β’ Evaluate carrier performance and lead key metrics to enhance service quality.
β’ Review freight invoices to guarantee accuracy in billing and accruals.
β’ Address urgent logistics challenges and maintain proactive communication with Customer Service.
β’ Assist international compliance and procurement teams with their operational requirements.
β’ Engage in special projects aimed at continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Perform root cause analysis for service-related issues and implement corrective measures.
β’ Enhance the utilization of ocean transportation networks for expedited shipments.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ 2β6 years of experience in international logistics or transportation is required.
β’ Familiarity with international transportation, customs clearance, and accessorial charges is essential.
β’ Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI is necessary.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
