This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for overall logistics and serving as the primary liaison between the warehouse and internal teams.
• Management of third-party logistics (3PL) frameworks, planning of specialized services, and oversight of inventory levels.
• Ensuring the supply chain is stable, efficient, and scalable.
• Collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams while reporting directly to senior management.
• Identifying opportunities for optimization in logistics processes and executing improvements.
• Compiling regular reports on inventory status, delivery performance, and logistics key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably with responsibilities related to external warehouses or 3PL frameworks.
• Experience engaging with logistics service providers.
• Experience in demand planning with a data-driven and structured methodology.
• Strong analytical skills and a robust data-driven decision-making capability.
• Proficient in Excel for analytical, reporting, and planning tasks.
• Familiarity with JTL or similar ERP/WMS systems is advantageous.
• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
