Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct both cold and warm calls to truck drivers while managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, SMS, and email.

• Present and clarify the dispatch service, followed by consistent follow-ups with truckers and brokers.

• Observe dashboards for freight and load opportunities.

• Coordinate and align loads with truck drivers.

• Negotiate rates with brokers on behalf of truckers.

• Arrange pickups and deliveries, ensuring accuracy in time windows.

• Monitor driver availability, locations, and preferred routes.

• Oversee multiple drivers at the same time.

• Maintain and refresh CRM and tracking systems.

• Utilize internal AI/copilot dispatch tools along with general automation tools, ensuring human oversight.

• Keep communication records current.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional/native-level proficiency in English.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to rapidly changing tools and workflows.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a keen sense for interpreting nuances in conversations.

• Proficient in or able to utilize Slack.

• Capability to operate internal AI/copilot dispatch tools.

• Ability to work with internal CRM and tracking systems.

• Proficient in using general automation tools.

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation features.

• A functioning webcam.

• Computer specifications: minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service must have at least a 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service should provide a minimum of 10 Mbps.

• Availability for work during US hours.
