Logistics Coordinator, Customs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Classifying HS codes for offshore invoices.

• Creating export customs entries with Australian Customs through Cargowise.

• Accurately entering goods receipt data into the ERP system (Pronto).

• Reconciling delivery dockets and purchase orders with received items.

• Verifying part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against purchase orders and packing slips.

• Collaborating with warehouse personnel to confirm the physical receipt of goods.

• Identifying and reporting discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged items.

• Keeping up-to-date records of received goods for audit and compliance purposes.

• Assisting the logistics and procurement teams with inventory tracking and reporting.

• Ensuring data confidentiality and integrity at all times.

• Supporting filing and documentation tasks as required.

• Collaborating closely with operations, procurement, purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure material availability aligns with timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Customs Broker License.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Previous experience in a data entry or inventory support position, ideally in mining, manufacturing, or logistics.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Oracle).

• Good communication abilities to liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and purchasing teams.

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
