This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee daily logistics operations such as shipping, receiving, scheduling, and order management.
• Engage with vendors, carriers, field teams, and customers in both English and Spanish.
• Manage tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and address any shipping delays or issues that arise.
• Keep accurate records through spreadsheets, logs, and documentation related to inventory.
• Prepare essential shipping documents, packing lists, and transportation records.
• Assist in purchasing and material requests by following up on orders and their delivery schedules.
• Aid in arranging freight pickups and coordinating shipments across various locations.
• Provide timely updates to internal teams on delivery statuses and inventory requirements.
• Execute general administrative and communication tasks to support the logistics department.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, administration, or coordination (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Competent in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic logistics platforms (such as UPS/FedEx portals, TMS, etc.).
• Strong communication abilities coupled with a customer-service orientation.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
