This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the importation of containers in collaboration with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, the FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse teams.

• Facilitate the coordination of order deliveries between the NILO warehouse, trucking companies, and customer distribution centers.

• Conduct audits and address inventory discrepancies at the warehouse level.

• Organize and coordinate the routes and store visits for field representatives.

• Execute additional operational or administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in Operational and Administrative roles

• Strong mathematical and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)

• Proficient in the English language
