This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in the coordination of the shipping and receiving processes for products.
β’ Prepare and maintain precise documentation for shipping and receiving activities.
β’ Update and manage records within our database.
β’ Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and various departments through phone and email to ensure prompt deliveries and address any issues that arise.
β’ Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and identify any causes for delays as needed.
β’ Utilize logistics management software and tools to track shipments and delivery timelines.
β’ Offer support for logistical planning and execution aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
β’ Acquaint yourself with customer and supplier preferences.
β’ Assist with special projects and reports as directed by management.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Keen attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and suppliers.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
β’ Willingness to work weekends in the Pacific Standard Time zone based on business requirements.
