Logistics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete processes of quoting, binding, and policy management for both personal and commercial clients.

• Evaluate coverage to pinpoint gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Verify compliance with regulations thoroughly.

• Ensure that every policy is structurally sound prior to binding.

• Supervise the daily workflow and productivity of the department.

• Prioritize client needs and guarantee prompt responses.

• Execute other job-related tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient or advanced English proficiency.

• At least 2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a comparable role.

• Strong problem-solving abilities for issues related to delivery and scheduling.

• Expertise in scheduling and route optimization software.

• Knowledge of tracking and reporting order statuses.

• Experience in customer liaison.

• Professional demeanor and ethical conduct.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.

• Skills in prioritization.

• Capability to follow directions and specific instructions accurately.

• Dependability and ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Familiarity with Hubstaff Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks.

• Experience using WhatsApp groups.

• Proficient in utilizing Zoom for meetings and breakout sessions.

• Required to provide a 1.5–2 minute voice note in English during the screening process.

• Must possess a computer and have internet access.

• Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking software.
