This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Overseeing the complete order lifecycle within the Siebel ERP system, ensuring accurate fulfillment and adherence to service level agreements.
• Collaborating with manufacturers and repair service providers to monitor order status, prepare hardware, and manage product returns.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy by reconciling data from internal systems and vendor reports while effectively addressing system alerts.
• Investigating discrepancies in coordination with vendors, datacenters, and field and network engineers.
• Effectively managing inventory adjustments and asset transfers.
• Supervising the retrieval and disposal of decommissioned equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with environmental practices.
• Possess expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related academic field.
• Show proficiency in global distribution, order fulfillment, international shipping, and ERP systems such as Siebel or SAP, along with tracking tools.
• Proficient in English.
• Exhibit strong skills in MS Excel for reporting, chart creation, and data analysis (this is considered an advantageous skill).
• Understand global freight operations and customs documentation, including necessary requirements and procedures to facilitate efficient logistics.
• Display problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
