This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Assist Our Partners: Answer calls, offer initial guidance, and provide regular updates on ongoing cases to our B2B partners in both Italian and English.
• Foster Transparency & Customer Focus: Ensure honest and clear communication that underscores our dedication to exceptional partner satisfaction.
• Manage Tickets & Escalations: Oversee incoming tickets, follow up on escalated cases, and proactively work towards resolutions and preventative measures.
• Oversee Bookings: Address booking modifications and relocations with a keen eye for detail and a sense of urgency.
• Collaborate with the Team: Actively engage and coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless workflows and outstanding service delivery.
• Set Expectations: Balance the needs and expectations of partners and account managers to achieve satisfying results.
• Document Details: Precisely record all work and partner interactions in our CRM system.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in both Italian and English is required – you must be able to speak and write proficiently. Knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Romanian, Serbian, or other languages is a plus!
• Relevant Experience: Background in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is highly advantageous!
