Local Customer Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects within designated regions

• Acquire clients from:

• Warehouses and fulfillment centers (3PLs)

• Local e-commerce retailers

• Retail and distribution enterprises

• Sellers on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others

• Foster and sustain robust customer relationships

• Execute sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions

• Collaborate with Operations teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development

• Preferred background in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or e-commerce

• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
