This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Assist patients involved in clinical research studies by managing care and enhancing communication with healthcare providers.
• Aid patients in comprehending study protocols, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns regarding participation.
• Work alongside research teams to track patient progress and gather data in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support patients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing essential services.
• Maintain participant engagement and adherence to study protocols.
• Facilitate coordination of care and communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Collect and monitor patient data accurately.
• Contribute to the development, execution, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies.
• May oversee entire projects or processes within the designated area of responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related discipline.
• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may also be taken into account.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research or patient care.
• Strong grasp of clinical research protocols and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRC) is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in clinical research and patient care.
• Proficiency in coordinating care and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to address patient concerns and offer personalized support.
• Expertise in data collection and monitoring.
• Awareness of the impact of work on related areas and the ability to manage processes and programs effectively.
