Loans Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships and collaborations with real estate agents.

• Engaging in weekly calls and networking activities with real estate agents.

• Completing comprehensive loan applications and formulating a strategy to assist borrowers in obtaining mortgage pre-approval.

• Proactively following up with leads to remain top of mind when they are ready to make a purchase.

• Tracking loan documents and collaborating with processors to successfully guide the loan through to completion.

• Serving as a primary resource for clients seeking financial advice and solutions.

• Developing and overseeing a robust pipeline of loans to achieve and surpass sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in mortgage originations.

• Must be licensed.

• Demonstrated success as a loan officer, originator, banker, or wholesale account executive.

• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage sales, processing, underwriting, and closing processes.

• Exceptional skills in building business-to-business relationships.

• Confident communication abilities over phone and video conferencing.

• A strong passion and work ethic aimed at continuous improvement.

• Diligent individual willing to take responsibility for their actions.

• A positive mindset and enthusiasm for the mortgage sector.

• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-Agency loan products.

• Previous experience in a broker environment is preferred.
