Loan Remittance and Product Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implements client loan accounting and investor reporting tasks using SBO.

• Carries out remittance processing to support client implementation and conversion activities.

• Engages and communicates with clients through phone, email, or other channels in a timely and professional manner, serving as a primary point of contact.

• Provides ongoing system and business support for clients, including investigating and resolving production challenges.

• Oversees loan accounting and system functionality testing to confirm new development initiatives and client execution using the product.

• Suggests enhancements to business processes informed by extensive knowledge of available products, services, systems, and experience gained from working with various clients.

• Facilitates user training and collaborates with the technology services training organization to maintain and update documentation and training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Seasoned professional with over 5 years of industry and/or relevant experience.

• Preferred: at least 3 years of experience in loan accounting, investor accounting, or investor reporting functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills, including the ability to manipulate large data sets.

• Proven strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, both in one-on-one and group environments.

• Familiarity with the SBO loan accounting system is an advantage.

• Capable of reading and parameterizing adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) notes.

• Experience collaborating with software development teams.

• Strong knowledge of database models and table relationships.

• Ability to create and execute basic SQL queries in Oracle and/or SQL Server.
