This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as a representative of the organization to internal and external customers, vendors, members of state and regional government entities, and other organizations by delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrating effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly internal requirements related to successful new file welcome contacts, closings, fundings, and customer satisfaction ratings are achieved.
• Collaborates as part of a team with sales, transaction assistants, underwriting, closing, funding, and management to guarantee that assigned loans are processed promptly, with attention to detail, accuracy, and in compliance with corporate policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Identifies solutions for challenging scenarios or loan conditions, showcasing the ability to develop creative and acceptable restructuring solutions, while also clarifying underwriting conditions to both borrowers and loan originators.
• Handles, resolves, and addresses any consumer inquiries related to loan processing and the overall consumer experience, particularly concerning underwriting approval and associated requirements, all while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Ensures excellent customer service by possessing a thorough understanding of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and by demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics.
• Accurately and promptly processes documents to comply with proper audit procedures.
• Cultivates effective professional relationships with all colleagues.
• Supports Transaction Assistants with inquiries regarding third-party documentation requirements and general mortgage processing concepts.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Experience in multi-state processing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with mortgage-related software and the ability to quickly learn and understand proprietary software such as Octane.
• Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, and VA program guidelines.
• Understanding of the mortgage process and mortgage documentation.
• Ability to adapt effectively to change.

• Proven capability to manage multi-faceted direction and planning; must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
