This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gather, assess, and organize client documentation for loan applications.
• Verify that all necessary documents are complete and adhere to compliance standards.
• Precisely input client and loan details into the CRM system.
• Maintain and update records in MyCRM or similar platforms.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, or other relevant parties to obtain missing information.
• Track application progress and ensure records are kept current.
• Assist the team in achieving processing timelines and service quality standards.
• Prior experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in using MyCRM (Loan Market) is highly desirable.
• Excellent data entry abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of loan documentation and fundamental compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
