• Compose professional email replies when further information is needed.
• Engage in virtual meetings and team communications.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting purposes.
• Provide urgent coverage during the absence or leave of team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong skills in data entry and information processing.
• Proficient written communication skills in English.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
• Comfortable working autonomously and following set procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Dependable, responsive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools.
